btd33 is an online betting and casino platform providing entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that you are participating voluntarily and with full awareness.

2.1 Registration Process

To create an account on btd33, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, btd33 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in your withdrawal being placed on hold.

2.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Likewise, btd33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on btd33 via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account is fully verified and any bonus wagering requirements have been met.

3.3 Grounds for Withdrawal Refusal

Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification is incomplete;
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met;
• There is suspicion of fraud or unusual transactions;
• Any provision of these Terms has been violated.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on btd33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Support for transactions in other currencies is not currently available.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000;
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount.

4.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used for playing on the btd33 platform;
• Multiple accounts or multiple members from the same household may not claim the same bonus;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met;
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

4.4 Other Promotions

btd33 may offer various promotional deals from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict with the general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will apply.

5.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on btd33, each bet is considered final — it cannot be cancelled once confirmed. btd33 reserves the right to void bets that were incorrectly confirmed due to a technical error.

5.2 Manipulation & Fraud

Any form of fraud, manipulation, unethical betting methods, or attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

5.3 Technical Issues

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to server outages, network issues, or other technical reasons, btd33 reserves the right to resolve the matter in accordance with its own rules. btd33's decision in such matters is final.

5.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum payout limits may apply depending on the specific game or market. These limits will be stated on the relevant game or market page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the btd33 platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's funds;
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds;
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address;
• Placing bets using automated bots or software;
• Impersonating a btd33 officer or representative;
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other members;
• Attempting to breach platform security or exploit system vulnerabilities.

btd33 has three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback;
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback;
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can move up to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. Decisions on VIP tier changes are made by btd33 and are final. Separate terms and conditions may apply for receiving cashback.

btd33 treats the privacy of members' personal information with the highest importance. All transactions and data are secured using SSL encryption technology.

However, if a member suffers a loss due to a proven server error, btd33 will conduct a proper investigation and consider compensation.

All content on the btd33 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of btd33 or licensed to it. No part of this content may be reused, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.

btd33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via a platform notification. Updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
